George Psomas has designed most of the homes we have built and was recently
honored by the SC Builder/Architect magazine for one of his projects. In addition
to building from Mr. Psomas' own designs we also build for many architects in
the area. We have also been featured as a builder in SC Builder/Architect magazine
and in BrickWatch, a regional brick association's magazine. Please be aware
that the Greenwood County Building Department requires a complete set of plans
prior to issuing a building permit. Therefore, revisions to existing plans must
be redrawn prior to application. Clients have found that Mr. Psomas can accomplish
this in a more timely fashion, when compared to using an architectural firm.
